The headlines call California’s Fourth Climate Change Assessment “grim.” But what does the North Coast Regional Report actually say about Humboldt’s future? Lead report writer Aldaron Laird of Trinity Associates will drill into the details, followed with a permaculture response by Steven Saint Thomas of Adventures in Permaculture. Learn about what’s ahead and what you can do about it, 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Center for Appropriate Technology (CCAT) on the Humboldt campus (up the hill from the corner of 14th and A streets). Email info@the4thwave.net or call (719) 502-0303 for more information.
